Shipping Policy
At Cabase Electric, we work hard to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently.
Shipping Costs: Shipping prices vary depending on location, order size, and delivery method. Because of this, we provide shipping quotes on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly for the most accurate shipping estimate before completing your order.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be provided once your order is confirmed and shipping arrangements are made.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and must inspect their order upon delivery. Any shipping damages must be reported immediately.
Refund Policy
Please note that all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order is placed.
Deposits made to secure an order are non-refundable and represent a commitment to purchase. Once a deposit is received, cancellations or changes are not allowed.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the product is shipped.

Warranty Policy
Cabase Electric products are backed by the following limited warranties:
Frame: 2-year limited warranty
Electric Motor & Components: 1-year limited warranty
Battery: 1-year limited warranty
Other Parts, Paint & Decals: 1-year limited warranty
Warranty Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
The warranty does not cover labor charges; customers are responsible for all labor costs associated with repairs or replacements.
Warranty coverage is voided by:
Modifications or customizations
Improper assembly, use, or maintenance
Accidental damage, neglect, or misuse
Commercial use
Climatic or environmental exposure beyond normal use
Limitation of Liability
Cabase Electric shall not be held responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
Personal injury
Property damage
Economic loss
Our liability is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of defective parts as outlined in the warranty terms.
